Absolutely shocking company. My parcel supposedly was delivered and signed for but was not my signature! This company takes their dodgy drivers word over an honest persons word. Clearly the driver forged a signature and now I have no where to go other than to make a claim in small claims court as I am 130 out of pocket! DO NOT expect your parcel to be delivered if you use UK (do not deliver your) mail!!!

The worst company I have ever dealt with. The rudest staff I have ever come across , no customer service. Complaints telephone numbers are not for "complaints' just to do with parcels. Your not able to contact local depot either and online it's says they have a local depot in my city and others and they don't! Stay away from this company !!!
An absolute joke of a service. I get home 25 mins before my delivery time and there is already a sorry we've missed you slip in my door. I contact customer services after ringing for 5 mins and speak to Dan who knows absolutely nothing about the job he is doing and says he'll ring me back. You guessed it. He didn't ring me back so I ring again and have to wait 12 mins for him to pic up the courage to answer. He then feeds me a load of rubbish and tells me the delivery will be with me on Monday. Do not under any circumstances use this company.
five stars for nondeliveries --UK MAIL NEVER DELIVERS--to me or my address. I have had now 6 parcels been returned to sender all for reason of 'supposedly' nobody being at my home --when there is a disabled person here 24/7. As a result I now have problems with Pay Pal and credit card companies having to fork out for ' nondeliveries' -- the work to sort this out is horrendous. I am close to form a group of people damaged by UK Mail and sue the arse of their management team -- anybody wanting to join contact me on Facebook / under Christian Mattner. Have already spoken to DHL in Germany & Britain --who apparently regret having taken over 'UK SNAIL --as courier that doesn;t always get there' as they call it. Christian-Frederick Mattner Prof.Dr.hc
Wouldnt even give 1 star absoultely disgraceful. Awful service and cant even get reply from complaint or customer service as bever pick phone up!! Stay well away!!!
STAY THE HELL AWAY FROM THIS SO CALLED SERVICE wish i could give this company less than 1 star how about minus 10. (UK MAIL we dont deliver) and never have any intention of delivering your parcel. our Consignment is three days late and yet again no show what a surprise no customer help line so dont bother ringing no return email address either so no point of contact what so ever so to sum up if you ever want to loose a parcel these are your guys horrendous service zero delivery and always always dont gicve a s##t about you the customer
AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!! The worst delivery company I’ve ever dealt with. Why would Apple use such an unprofessional and inefficient company. Drivers cannot follow simple instructions like ‘leave with my neighbour’ instead they take back to their depot a 2 hour round trip away from my house. And rearrange delivered themselves for the next working day without even asking if your in?!!!
