Very helpful team at UK Storage who managed the lockdown so well with minimal in person contact by having a slick communication system via website, phone and email. The storage units them selves are well laid out, clean, fit for purpose and easy to to access. The easy access to trolley’s makes unloading/loading a total breeze. Keep up the great service and clean, well cared for facilities.

Unorganised, terrible experience on arriving. I arrived the first day the unit opened. Initially the access pin did not work. I phoned the company over 10 times, I could not get in and when I eventually did access, I then got locked in. There were no trolleys, I had to phone up and find out where these were. The organisation on opening a new unit, and as a new customer, was a really poor experience. Also you are expected to buy the lock yourself, insure the unit on top of this and then pay for cleaning after you vacate and don't be a day late with your notice as there is no leeway on this , poor communication and beware of hidden charges.

Fantastic service, I had two units over 5yrs whilst I went through three house moves. Everything remained in pristine condition, from furniture to clothes, no deterioration at all. Staff extremely helpful with a friendly, caring attitude. Highly recommend and would use again if I require storage solutions in the future.
