Just had my stairlift serviced by Uplifto. Daniel did a superb job, very thorough and professional, thank you. Apparently he's on call over Christmas/New Year, which is good to know.

After being let down by another company I contacted Uplifto about our broken down Lift, with in 2 hours an engineer attend one of our Care Homes and fixed the lift within the hour, he fully explained what was at fault and we awaited the invoice which when it arrived we were very happy with, we have now signed up with UPLIFTO to maintain all our Lifts and Stairlifts within our 4 Homes that we run throughout the South West. This lift company made an appointment with me and failed to turn up. I phoned them several times and they cowardly didn’t answer. Therefore I find them to be ignorant and non responsive.

Absolute fantastic service from this company today, we wanted a second opinion on my mums Stairlift as we were quoted over 800.00 from another company. Uplifto came and fixed it within minutes on their arrival with no parts needed, just the labour cost which was less than 100.00. 100% recommend this company and we are extremely happy. Will use Uplifto for all future servicing.
