Had thought our small vacuum might be heading for the bin particularly has Dyson repairers are few and far between in Cornwall. I found this quaint little shop who delivered a high quality repair for a very reasonable cost. Only downside they don’t accept credit cards.

Dyson in for repair and wanted to collect it prior lockdown. Phoned the shop and the repair was carried out quickly to ensure it could be collected before they had to close for a month. Very pleased with the service and the level of communication. Thank you
I was very pleased with the service I received for the repair of my Electrolux vacuum. I had called in to the shop prematurely on the off chance it had been repaired, (it hadn't) , they went out of their way and repaired it there and then so I could have it before lockdown. I cant praise them enough. its now working like new again

Please do not be put off by this review as the person calling himself 'enabled steam' & an apparent guide for Google arrived at this business without a mask & when asked to use his mask with an extremely aggressive attitude towards the lady owner and her Son . He was told to leave because of his behaviour & after pushing his way back into the shop again without a mask covering , Causing himself to trespass , Devon & Cornwall police had to be called and a full report provided . Please know Aggression towards Staff will not be tolerated & necessary action will be taken to eject problematic people Especially under the influence of any substances . Google reviews currently will not allow removal of this incorrect review due to there policy & current Covid19 situation and unmanned customer service desks. Throughout these crazy uncertainties during Covid19 We Will try to remain open & maintain our usual service to the public. Kind regards Please stay safe
I'm really happy with the quality of service provided by VCRS. They worked quickly to repair my Dyson vacuum cleaner(with another lockdown looming!) and were helpful when my parents came to collect it. The price for repair was very reasonable :) Thank you.

Great service and price. Dyson had a faulty on/off switch - repaired and serviced same day and it is going like a bomb! Thank you so much. Pleased to know that this facility exists in Plymouth.
Outstanding service hidden gem that saves you money. No need to spend on new Hoover. Fixed quickly to immaculate standard fantastic customer service could not be more helpful. Highly recommend.
