Please please use any other holiday provider- virgin staff are the worst- they will promise you the world, take a LOT of your hard earned/borrowed money just to get a sale. They stung me for a fortune and I complained during the holiday, and after the holiday with a big fob off, they simply dismissed my complaint. The holiday ruined my families dreams- steer clear of virgin holidays!
I always book my holidays with Virgin Holidays and this branch in particular is fantastic! Sarah is a credit to Virgin and provided us with fantastic service. She was very friendly and knowledgeable which meant we felt confident to book our trip. Nothing has been too much trouble for her and I would highly recommend!
Really disappointed with virgin holidays so far and we haven’t even managed to book a holiday yet! Nobody seems willing to help resolve the matter. Not what I expect from the Branson empire!
Staff are lovely, and although a little more expensive than booking yourself, and we had a few hiccups, they were put right quickly and we had a great time
