Can't explain how much of a pleasure it was receiving my new car from Ford. I am disabled so getting a car meant getting my freedom, and all the worries and nerves I had before going were completely unnecessary. The team was excellent, and the person that dealt with my application, Nikki, was one of the nicest people I have ever met. Everything was taken care of and she went out of her way to make sure my car was ready for me to pick up. A pleasure I wasn't expecting and I can't recommend Vospers Plymouth enough. Superb.
