Incompetent, inconsiderate and incomprehensibly bad. I can only conclude that the decision to Collect a group of people with Customer Service skills this bad was a Concious effort. I imagine that this gaggle of witches must have previously worked for the DWP.

Sadly, I can not recommend this pharmacy as on several occasions they have not given me my full prescription which meant that I had to go back and collect the same prescription a second time. Also recently I requested some iodine dressings on a Thursday, they said it would be here the following Friday but I didn't collect them until the following Monday, except the order was not there because they don't check if an order has arrived and when I went to collect them on the Monday I was advised then when they checked that the order was sent to another pharmacy somewhere up country and had to reorder for collection on Tuesday. The only problem was that I had to have my dressing changed on that Monday and never had the dressing to change to. So I am not happy with this pharmacy so I have now changed my pharmacy where I collect my regular medication.
