It's a small chemist for a big area, people don't give the staff enough slack! They are always busy in there and they put up with so much abuse from customers. I'm always given great customer service in there and my prescription is nearly always ready when I go in.

Ordered my prescription in the week so I can collect on Saturday as I work away, when I phoned to see if it was ready no one answered... I tried four times and it just kept ringing.... Then I got cut off. So I drove down to collect only to find that it had been sent off to the main hub to be made up... And that if I had of called first they could have saved me a journey . I do hope someone is reading this within the company, things need to change as this is not the first time it has happened. .

Very helpful but doesn't carry much medication, it has to be ordered in, not great if you need it in a hurry...

Tried phoning to ask if my prescription was ready phone rang and then had the engaged tone 5 times it's not the first time this has happened ,or else when it's ringing they ignore it until they're ready to answer .Not impressed at all if it was up to me they would get no stars
