Lazy staff, up to 50k a year and they wont move front that counter, up to 5 off them stand around talking while their are loads off people waiting, asked for advice my self, as the adverts say ask your pharmacist before to save doctors times, but would she move from her perch!!! Used every excuse why she couldn't do her job!!!!!! I wouldn't even give them 1 star

Absolutely the worst Chemist I have ever used. Always keep you waiting, no customer service whatsoever, and useless with the prescriptions. Their new system doesn't help either! 9 years been going there, every time is the same.

It took several attempts to get a prescription for a commonplace cream fulfilled. Staff kept promising the item would turn up the next day, took my details for the system to text me when it had arrived, which sent two messages : one said it was ready for collection, followed a few minutes later saying that it would be delivered between two times which weren't shown. All this after I had collected it. So, their data system was completely useless. It is the same with their Stirling Road branch. The staff do seem to genuinely want to help but their supply systems seems to give them the wrong data, meaning that they don't know whether they are coming or going. I wouldn't use them if I could help it

Friendly and helpful staff, usually has the pharmacist in and he is very easy to talk to. They have good offers on especially around Xmas. When getting a prescription they generally quick so your not waiting around the a long time
