Slow. If you like queueing in the street while they take about 10-15 minutes* per customer then this is a great chemist. How long does it take to put a blister pack in a box, print a label then put it in a bag. 10 minutes? All your trade is going online and you will be closed before you know it with service like this. (I took under 30 seconds)

Horribly rude staff. Had several issues with them over the years but today I had enough. Today was the 4th time I tried to pick up my elderly, high risk mum's meds that she now ran out of as they were due over a week ago yet every time I tried to pick up the order \they didn't have it\. I called the GP to confirm that the prescription was approved. On the online system it also showed approved and to collect at the nominated pharmacy. They again didn't have it, when I asked why, because it shows that they do, the pharmacist starts yelling from the back, rushes to the front and with a raised voice and aggressive manner he cuts into the conversation I had with the lady in the front that we must've messed up the order or the GP doesn't work or forgot to push a button as most of them don't even work now. I tried to explain the situation but he kept cutting me off, ignored it when I tried to show him the order and that it's approved. He had a complete lack of care and compassion and was very hostile from the get go. I left devastated and belittled. As soon as I got home, I called the GP again and changed pharmacies.

Slow, inefficient service. Couldn't get what I needed so sent me away to search round the rest of the city to find it. No interest in helping. Waited until I arrived to phone partner practice. Now using 'robots' to fill prescriptions, which takes over a week. Ridiculous and a serious step backwards.
