Nothing less than brilliant! I had selected West Country to install a new boiler and heating system for the new house I had bought in Liskeard and I was not disappointed. Scott and his team were amazing from start to finish. The work they have done is of a fantastic fit and finish, with all copper pipe fitted throughout. Even through the heat of the 3 days they were here, they didn't stop to get the job done, taking away all the waste at the end of the day leaving everything clean and tidy, all with great value for money in mind. I cannot recommend West Country Gas Services enough, I would highly recommend anyone needed a boiler replaced, serviced, or any other heating/plumbing job, give them a call first!

Christmas during lockdown and our boiler gave out, knowing we had two kids, a freezing house and no hot water the team bent over backwards and changed their diary around to fit us in, the team came round at 8:30am the next morning and fitted a new boiler and the whole thing was complete within 24 hours of it going bust. The engineer was friendly and professional, he covered everything and abided by covid measures of social distancing etc. I am super happy with the service, as friendly, professional and empathetic as you will find and they are worth every penny they earn and more.

I don't always get around to leaving feedback much but I had to write to say how pleased I was with West Country Gas Services. I had a boiler breakdown which was causing me some distress but West Country Gas Services were able to fit me in and the fitter turned up on time and immediately put my mind at ease. He was really helpful and did an excellent job in getting my boiler up and running. A friendly, clean and punctual worker, professional would be the term to suit. Not only was his service good but so was his pricing and his customer service skill.
