We were really pleased we contacted Westcountry home buyers, we wanted to downsize and a bungalow in Plymstock came up suddenly that was perfect for us, but we needed to sell our house quickly before it got snapped up !. We called a company up the line we found online but felt pressured from the outset so stopped taking their calls !, we were then recommend to this company by a family friend who had used them and had received a positive experience, so we called them and were pleased we did, they were very helpful and explained everything clearly which was great because this was something we had never been involved in before and we struggle a little with technology. Our Daughter dealt with most of the paper work side of things and said Julie was really helpful, our sale completed in 13 days which in all honesty we never expected, but the fact this company is based in Plymouth made things much easier with paper work too, we even received a bottle of Champagne and a lovely card from all the staff on completion which my wife and I thought was a nice touch, thank you guys.
