Staff was helpful and I had no issue posting my parcels, however it would be nice to have a sign further back (closer to the stairs) for self service otherwise queues are always massive when they don't need to be - last time lots of people waiting and I had to ask around who was going to the counter and who was going to the self service and today it was 08:30 when I arrived and there was already a queue of about 10/12 people and I'm sure half of those wouldn't have any trouble using the self service machines

Staff very friendly and helpful. Plymouth is a GREAT place. I found the people of Plymouth to be very helpful and genuine. Enjoyed my stay there will definitely visit again.

With the post office on the 1st floor it makes it worth a visit. Large choice of books magazines and stationary. There is an escalator but if you need a lift it is out of service a lot.

Good size, plenty of choice. Magazine section is nice and big, with a wide selection of magazines for all tastes. A little pricey, but they sell magazines that you wouldn't find in normal newsagents.
