Widening Participation links Plymouth with Europe, delivers community development, skills enhancement through formal/non-formal education and training, for the purpose of empowering people of all ages and backgrounds in order to improve outcomes. Our main objective is Social Inclusion. We offer European Students a wide range of educational programs, Vocational Education, Languages Courses (including English language for non English), Computer Courses, Workshops and Seminars in renewable Energy, Biomass, Wood Fuel, Environment, Education, Health Care, Employment, Art clubs, Culinary courses with special emphasis on healthy living & well-being, Study Groups, and many other courses adapted to people of any age and backgrounds, so they can gain the necessary skills and competences for a more sustainable future. We firmly believe that a good relation's cooperation with partners at national, European and International level is a very important factor for achieving a high degree of knowledge of the different cultures. We are cooperating in two EU projects, have submitted two projects under the KA2. We would be happy to participate as partner in upcoming Erasmus + calls, Horizon 2020 or any other EU or Internationally funded projects. Widening Participation CIC, Widening Participation International, Albania based & Europe for Diversity and Culture, Crete based, work closely for the benefit of all European community - with specific focus on youths, adults, BME, Roma, foreign students of any age, by assisting them to acquire the life skills to enhance their career prospects. We also work with the older generation, helping then remain active and retain their self respect in the wider community. Our specially designed projects include activities which use their skills and experience acquired during their working life to fuel their creativity, as the Latin quotation says: "Mens sana in corpore sano" healthy mind in an healthy body.
