Have been using these vets for the past 5 years or so, but just reviewing the most recent visit. My cat needed a routine vaccine booster. I missed the original appointment due to an extremely late taxi. First I called to tell them I'd be late and they were absolutely fine with it, no quibbling. I then had to cancel and rebook the appointment entirely, and they gave me an appointment the next working day (Original was on a Friday, so Monday). That'd be enough for a positive review, but on top of that, I was 30 minutes early on the second appointment, as I'd booked the taxi super early this time to make sure I wouldn't miss it this time. Despite being so early, the vet came out to see me immediately, because she didn't want my cat to be any more distressed by waiting. I have a lot of respect for that. Went inside, gave the cat the booster, and had her back in my arms in under 10 minutes, with a good explanation of what to expect (which I already knew, but it's good to have a refresher). As for how they're keeping their employees and the public safe in the pandemic, it's thorough. All the staff have face masks and shields, there's chairs set up outside, spaced far apart, hand sanitiser at the reception, the reception itself is at a window so nobody has to go inside except the staff, and there's a lot of signage up to remind people what to do. All in all, pretty good. Prices aren't the lowest but they're not particularly high either, and you get good service. Only complaint is that their automated phone system takes waaaaaaay too long to get past if you need to talk to someone but it's not one of the listed options. Could be a minute shorter without losing much.

Completely disgusting veterinary service. Dont care about the animals at all. Called them while my poor cat was suffering they said come down so I traveled all the way down to them to get some help and they just turned us away I said is there any one that will see us another vet and they would not give a number of another vet in the end found another vet that would see us but it was to late they could do nothing for him had to go to sleep RIP MALC XXXX I didnt care about prices as when you have a friend in need that is in pain you want to help them and this vet didnt care at all not even pain relief to help with his pain while you try find another vet just said no.

My usual vet uses Woodland as their emergency vet. I had to go down after my dog cut her face and needed to be seen as an emergency. Absolutely brilliant service, couldn’t fault them at all. They were lovely with my dog, who is a very nervous girl, and they did a fantastic job stapling her wound and cleaning it up. Would happily use them again! The covid measures in place are also great and the staff I dealt with were all super friendly. Thank you all.
