Phone service is beyond a joke, your advised to call between certain times to book an appointment yet your on hold for the majority of the time so you miss out on any appointments. Its easier to win the lottery than to get an appointment. When its your appointment day the surgery is always 15-30 minutes late so your appointment time comes and goes and then you get seen. Not to mention the rudeness of the reception staff, blunt and unwilling to help

Shocking service and GP lies about having made telephone calls to vulnerable patients when they haven't, as well as lying in the patient's notes. Disgusting.

My experience with this surgery hasn't always been the best, would rate it a 1 star. But I would have to say my opinion has changed, got an appointment within a 2 week period, on arrival was told of waiting time, 13 mins behind allotted time. I suffer with anxiety, but felt reasonably at ease with the doctor, not completely, but that is more to do with me. Wasn't made to feel like I wasted he's time, though that was my fear. Got a referral within a week.

Can't book for an afternoon unless you phone after 2pm, can't book for the next day, 2 week wait to make a pre-booked appointment, absolutely zero opening at weekends at all. If you phone e.g. at 3:30 all the pm appointments will be gone. Quite unhelpful on the phone, don't seem to care, completely inflexible, I couldn't get an appointment because I work. If you work, you won't be able to get an appointment. Wish I was with another practice.
