What a complete mess up Sons appointment for bloods 10am But not to be taken then , should be 9am (first thing ) error by receptionist Then daughters 30odd stitches to be taken out from her knee operation. 10days ago So the appointment is crucial Only to be told can’t have the afternoon appointment , nurse is now sick and need to rebook for 9am with a Health care assistant Or go to kingsbridge walk in centre Or derriford or Cumberland Really bloody really But I have 3 kids 2 jobs and fitted all this in and around everything .. Not happy with the service at all

I was there yesterday And was engry this lady with cancer wanted a blood test and the staff member was so rude I couldn’t believe it i am not one to write reviews but it left me speechless how someone could treat people like that behond believe they need to get rud of people like that from there I might go above the practice this time
