I did PT session at YMCA Plymouth, my coach Ms Sue Raven is a fab PT. She pushed me beyond my limits which I used to hate during the session but after finishing that session the sense of achievement was amazing.. she assess your potential and brings best out of you. Would highly recommend YMCA Plymouth’s PT sessions.

I’ve been having PT sessions at YMCA for about a year now, and I’m extremely satisfied with the quality of training I’ve been receiving. My coach has successfully designed workouts that cover all fitness areas and are very suitable to my capabilities. The staff at YMCA are amazingly friendly and helpful, and they all have been doing a great job in making it possible to operate during the difficult times of the pandemic. I would definitely recommend the YMCA Plymouth to whoever is looking for a good quality training and a safe and friendly environment!

I have attended YMCA Plymouth to play badminton using a hired court. The staff are very friendly and helpful. And it is good value for money. Plenty of parking too. Would definitely recommend YMCA Plymouth.

I use the Gym facilities and have done for many years. Always friendly & cooperative. Recently taken up the personal trainer option. Such good value for money and can tailor it to what you want to get out of it.

I just wanted to give some feedback I’ve just done body combat with Daniel as the instructor and really enjoyed it - routines I hadn’t done before which were really fun but challenging and he brings so much enthusiasm to the class and encourages us to work to the best of our ability. Really enjoyed it !
