She was very helpful and quick to respond, helped with any enquiries any of us had to ask and explained into detail. Was also a quick turn around once we had all decided we was happy and has been finalised very quickly! Great experience with this team member and office! Thank you.

I rented through this branch for a year and was ignored repeatedly, lived without the shower in my en-suite I was paying 120 a week for as it didn't drain and they didn't fix it and ignored me every time I mentioned it. Asked them to confirm the building was safe after Boston student accommodation caught fire and was ignored. Not worth the money and the branch are awful with replies. Also offered a 'discount' for my last instalment of rent after arguing for months with them following the recommendation we return home before lockdown, but paid in full for all of April and May and asked to move out a month before the end of my tenancy to get the 'discount'. Really vile and not had one person who lived in our block of flats this year have a good thing to say about Thelma (branch manager and somehow an award winner - for what I couldn't tell you but if there's an award for incompetency she should get it). Just another company looking to scam students.

When I first signed my tenancy and moved in two years ago everything was fine, helpful staff to answer questions. As time went on things that I would email them about such as broken kitchen light (which two years later never got fixed) leaky windows etc took TIME for them to get back to me. The communication from the Plymouth branch is beyond appalling. I had to end up complaining to customer relations about getting my deposit back. I understand that there were things beyond their control but they wouldn’t reply to a single email about my enquiry until I seemed to get on their nerves. If you enjoy being ignored by management the whole duration of your tenancy this is the place for you!

The staff at Your Move are very friendly and helpful. The process from choosing the flat to moving in was made very easy and any queries were responded to quickly. My flat is handled by Keiran and he has been very approachable and helpful. Also, absolutely love the flat itself... immaculate student accommodation.
