A HUGE place in a small town. Looks overdimentioned with too many people doing too little work (some none at all and some none at all looking annoyed to the point of bleeding). Impeccably clean. But when it comes to basics it is leaves you wondering what are they thinking: the answer to my question whether they could install my car roof awning when I come to collect it was \definitely not - we have neither means nor capacity for this kind of job\ (their own car service is right there and at least 5 guys were hanging around with nothing to keep them busy). At the end it took me 10 minutes to get it done. Come on! And this is supposed to be the attitude of an official Land Rover/Jaguar dealer and showroom? Since when is that normal for the company that is behind the Defender spirit?
