Loads of stuff I never knew I needed but long queues to pay. Staff were helpful.

Little staff interest and problematic equipment made payment a very traumatic event after being treated like a thief just because their tills Did not work and security being called when the problem was down to Brico Dept. At the end of the day did not receive any apology, will not buy from this company again even if it means paying a premium for service.

Great DIY store. Some things very cheap. Have to keep an eye on quality as it is very cheap and cheerful. But all in all it's great.

Reasonable DIY shop, part of Kingfisher group. On occasions stock on certain items a bit limited. Quality of service variable from excellent to almost downright rude. Not always the cheapest option.
