Avoid at all costs. Customer service was really bad. You cannot reach them when you really need to. I was on hold for 30 minutes every time i called and one day it was 5 times of no answer at all. I paid almost 1000 for my two months storage plus 2 ways delivery of pods and charged 50 for failed delivery on top of the 150 delivery that was already charged. so basically i paid 200 for failed delivery and will be charge another 150 to reschedule another delivery. failed delivery - they called me on the delivery day telling me oh we just noticed that your driveway may not have the space. so i asked whats the measurement that you need as i get my neighbours approval there was no issue on the width but for length he said 16ft so i have just right spot on 16 ft soon as he arrived at my place he said oh we did not accounted the truck length now that i measure it, it would need 18 feet which is impossible on my driveway without going to the side walk. so he left and took my pods back to storage. I had to get a city permit which will cost me 150 and ask for re delivery which they will charge me another 150 and on top of that without any consideration charged me 200 for the failed delivery. many unanswered calls, rude representatives, unhelpful chat session from the website. so unless you have a brave heart and money to burn, please don ever think of using them.

Quite happy to have used PODS for my move. In a hectic time having someone reliable who communicates clearly is a huge bonus. Kudos!

Horrible customer service! Sold me a faulty padlock for the pod that we would not open. They wouldn't address the issue. The person answering the phone wouldn't help and only said they would send a request for someone to call me back, no one ever did. I had to wait 2 hours with the movers waiting trying to reach someone leaving messages and speaking to people who would only say that someone would call me back. No one ever called me back. Had to get a locksmith to come grind it off, and it cost 241. I called in again, and again over the next days and they gave me the same story about someone calling me back and then no one called me back. They never refunded the cost of the lock nor of the lock smith. They never even called me back at all. Also charged me a full 4 weeks more when I only needed 2 extra days. Would never use this service again.
