Not recommended. Everything is old. No quality at all. The room smells, chair is wrecked like I would never use the furniture, pillows are wrinkled and the washroom is full of people's hair. Disgusting. We asked to change the room or upgrade it "but completely rejected our request" we don't mind paying for extra fees but it was disappointing.

Rooms were very clean and comphy...coffee maker in room with tea and coffee, staff very friendly and helpful! Only complaint is the the muffins and fruit in the morning could be fresher! ...price was great for 2 queen beds.

My 1st time staying was great! Very disappointing that after choosing to stay with them again, I had the disturbing experience that I did! I arrived around 10pm on a Saturday night, lucky they still had rooms available, only to be given a room that had a loud, large leek from the ceiling. I had called 2 times, no answer and so I had to leave my room. I had to wait for about 5 minutes for someone to arrive at the desk. This lady was kind, understanding and quick to resolve my issue. She provided me keys to another room down the hall. Morning after after check out, I asked Patty if I could get a comment card and was about to ask for the lovely lady's name who resolved my issue last night so promptly and kindly however, Patty became defensive immediately and started yelling at me that I had already moved rooms and asked what was my problem! I began to ask again for a comment card or something that I could praise her on however, once again, halfway through my sentence she started repeating angrily that I had already been changed rooms and did not need one. I began to tell her that maybe she wasn't useful in this matter and went to grab a business card, only to find out that this aggravated her even more! She began attacking me personally about myself and my career as well as personality with the nothing but such rude and angry faces. I could not believe how the conversation spiralled into such abuse. I feel too embarrassed to have to ask if she is working the next time I'd choose to stay at this motel and therefore, would just have to pick somewhere else in the area as unfortunate as it is. The worst part, I had 9 year old son beside me. I'll never forget this experience! Even when I told her she should feel ashamed and asked her if she was proud of this behavior, she stood by it and completely agreed she was.

Service was good. Room was clean. We ate at Crossroads which is the restaurant in the hotel. The food was excellent. Shrimp scallapini was divine. Restaurant staff very friendly and attentive.
