Never order on that website! They don't even deserve one star. I placed one order for a Kirby Nendoroid. I chatted with "Philip" that even sent me pics of the figur (hereby). He confirmed to me it was in the original box, I let you look at what I received. Even the delivery address was wrong, although the right one was mentioned in the order... Before I received this one, I placed another order. This one I never even received it. They keep telling me they need to get back the parcel in order to give my money back. It's been 3 months I'm waiting...

They support website is more offline than online. I made two support ticket and they don't do anything about it! I want my money back.
