They have always been wonderful to me an they know me by name. Not like Huntington Bank when I use to go there use to have to show 4 proofs of ID. Thats because of so much turn around in employees . Not Chase bank most of employees have been there for years an always with a smile on there face.

Went to bank Wednesday At Approx 3:30 not busy at all, I went to open a new account. I waited approx 10 min. Then I was informed they had a appointment at 3:30 I needed to set up a appointment for a new account. While this is going on I looked around 2 tellers one drive thru one counter 4 girls in the rear cubicle talking looking at there cell phones. Why was i needing a appointment nobody was busy. I guess cell phones and chit chat is more important then new business. Personally they don't deserve the one star.
Tellers are very good. They keep the lines moving and continue to impress.
Worst service ever！
Please go elsewhere, Chase does a very very very poor job. You were warned.
