My experience with Gault Heating and Cooling was very professional and well handled from start to finish. Our air conditioner needed to be replaced they hand a service technician at our home the next day. That means a lot when your in the middle of July. I called other companies but they were booked for three to four weeks. One of those companies I called said to call Gault they do excellent work and have the man power to get the job done quickly. The first man at our home was Michael (I all most sure that was his name if not add it to this comment. He look did great job of explaining everything that would be replaced. He cared about his work and was not just trying to sell a system. Then I receive a call from Joe who gave the estimate. He took his time to explain everything to us. The next day just that fast Michael and Caleb showed up and started to install the unit. The first thing they did was cover the floor. They did a great job and made sure everything was done right. These two men cared about their work and when they where done said if you need us for anything just call. If you are looking for a heating and cooling company that works with you and does a great job look no further. Thanks Men!

I had no difficulty with quick scheduling to get my air conditioner fixed. The gentlemen who had come to my house made a phone call for the approximate arrival time, were very kind, respectful and patient to answer all of the questions that I had. Now that the fixes have been completed, I have a great sigh of relief and comfort that everything is working perfectly and I gained some education. Thank you for taking good care of your customers!
Glenn Gault gave us advice and a reasonable price for a heating, cooling, and air purification system. The installers were meticulous, professional, and friendly. We were very happy with everything and highly recommend Gault.
Spent 10,000 dollars with this company for then to turn around and refuse to install a mini split because I purchased it brand new. They refuse to install anything you didn’t purchase from them and then mark up. They lied and said it was against local and state regulations. They were a dependable company until now.
I've called Gault twice now for service and they have been great each time. I've been very happy with the speedy service and this last time, Steve kept in contact with me to let me know what was going on.
