Had a wonderful man behind me pay for my groceries. Thank u stranger. Fed my family for the night. Service was wonderful. Cashier was fast at his job. Clean and everyone had a mask on.

Great store. Nice and clean with friendly people.
I had what should have been a very simple interaction with Team Leader Darla White. She is a poor representation of what is otherwise a decent store. Without knowing what I wanted, she was immediately hostile and accusatory. It's clear she has no experience or training in customer service and is a terrible representative of Giant Eagle. I will be driving the extra 5 minutes to shop elsewhere following this interaction. I am a near daily shopper. They are now losing over 7,000 a year from me alone.
Giant Eagle you tease me so bad, because this company tries new product and they don't always stick around. So if you find something that's fire there this week and other people don't find it as good as you. Then they won't carry it. It's nice that they test out new things though. There's been so many good things that you just can't get anymore. Price is kind of high but it's also a higher end Supermarket than most. That's what gives you four stars as well. You can find some produce that is seasonal that is off the beaten path from the normal American Consumer fruits. Will visit again. Store look clean.

Very clean and well maintained store. The staff is always friendly and willing to help. Huntington Bank is inside and it make a nice and easy 1 stop shopping experience.
