Only giving 1 star because 0 stars is not an option. This bank is a complete joke. There are major communication issues between branches/ departments, lack of follow through from staff and MISSING CUSTOMER MAIL - which is a HUGE risk for identity theft!(to name a few). I have had 3 mortgages in my lifetime and never had an issue even close to the MONTHS of nightmares that we have been through with Premier Bank. My suggestion- RUN AWAY and find a bank who cares, listens, follows through, and conducts business in a professional manner. If you need assistance- leave a negative review and you will be contacted by someone in management within an hour. Otherwise, it’s an average of 3-5 business days to receive a call back from the loan department. Update- thanks for the public response on my review. However, no one ever contacted us. And of course, we have experienced even more problems since.

Since transition to Premier cannot get a hold of anyone! All three phone numbers do not work properly. Online banking has issues and no one to speak with...horrible.
I've been banking with Home Savings in Poland since I was little, and the people working there have always been so nice. Now I live across the state with no local branches in town but I still choose to bank with them! They've always been understanding and helpful when I had concerns or issues, which is not something I can say about other banks I have had accounts with.
Been coming here for years. Nice bank, friendly workers who are always pleasant
This place will not answer calls, the phone numbers say they are not taking calls due to high call volumes!
