I went to Flower Loft for a quote about my wedding. They did not respond in a timely manner about anything and were quite rude. I went for a second meeting about my wedding quote and they said they would get back to me and never did. It’s MONTHS later and I have never heard from them once. They estimated 3x the price what I told them my budget was. They don’t work with you or try to make it work. I guess they didn’t want the business? I even had to UP my budget for them to take me seriously? Every time I contacted Flower Loft I had to be the one to make the calls, schedule a meeting, it was impossible to even get an appointment. Overall I’m very disappointed being from Poland I wanted to support Local businesses, but clearly they don’t care about their customers. I found a florist who does! Thanks for wasting my time Flower Loft!
I placed an order today for flowers at the Poland location and I couldn't be happier. Spoke with Kim who was very helpful and my friend received a beautiful arrangement the same day. I also received a call from Terry letting me know the flowers were delivered. Great staff and beautiful flowers
