I lost the keys and locked my self out of a rental truck. Polansky's Tow Service was called and they showed up when promised, quickly unlocked the truck and drove the truck and me to Dallas to get a replacement. My thanks to Kathy, Steve and especially Aaron, who had to listen to me all the way to Dallas. Highly recommended.
we picked up our mustang after repair for front bumper repair and found the work done perfect the car looks like it just rolled off the show room floor its nice to have a body shop you can go to and be confident the work will be done right every time

These are good, honest, & hard working people and would recommend Polanksky’s anyone. Found myself in a bind with my vehicle breaking down in West and Polansky’s ensured my family was safe and put us in a position to continue with our plans. Officer Ashley Boyd and John (wrecker driver) did everything in their power to get us to safety and moving forward. Matt at service department was super responsive and honest and that’s all you can ask for!
