We all know that charities are struggling after the Coronavirus. We had 4 sacks of quality clothing which we wished to donate to this shop in particular (an Auntie had passed away and requested this in her wishes). We called the shop prior to visiting and were told it was open and happy to take donations. On arrival at 9.45 am the shop was not open and because of an appointment soon after a gentleman told us we could leave the bags outside and the staff would take it in when they arrived. At this point, a member of staff arrived and told us very unpleasantly “you can’t leave that there, it’s fly tipping and you will get a heavy fined”. Luckily a much friendlier member of staff, who was going to open up, offered to take the donations in. Sadly, we won’t be visiting again.

I have taken loads of stuff in there then they let you know how much they got for the stuff when sold I thought what , not using them anymore I also think they take the stuff home without paying for items Supposed to be a charity shop , Reduce the prices aswell
Sadly as much as I like to donate to charity shops as well as make purchases, ( and I have myself donated at this shop before), I have to agree with another comment further down about the price of the items. Considering it's a charity shop, the items are in my opinion very overpriced. I sadly have to agree with somebody who mentioned rudeness because I brought something in once and asked where it should go, and the person was really abrupt and didn't even say thank you!! I was just told \ out there\ pointing towards the rear of the shop.. Not even a please on the end!!
generally friendly staff but one lady is rude and prices products down for her. seems like a fraudster to me
To expensive. Supposed to be a charity shop for people with not a lot of money
A typical high street charity shop for bargain browsing.
Typical charity shop.
