Bit muddy you will need Wellington boots to walk all round the reservoir but it is winter and we have had a lot of rain lately. Gets busy in spring/summer but there are seats to sit on as you walk around. Great place for a walk all year round, gets breezy at far end by the open water. ENJOY.

Nice, gentle walk around the reservoir. Visit during sundown on a clear day and you'll get some lovely views.

Very well kept. Beautiful views. Bridle path and cycle track. Abundant wildlife! All you can hear is the wind in the trees and birdsong. Beautiful

Lovely walk around the reservoir, but I did this in late January, a very wet January and this walk was muddy, really muddy! Wellington boots are essential. Walking boots will just about do it. Don't do this in trainers in winter! Top tip, if there's a space in the parking layby outside the car park then park there and go to the walk as you have to pay for the car park and the layby parking is free.
