Lovely little tea room serving drinks and food . Good selection of homemade cakes and drinks. Has plenty of room to sit under cover or in the garden. Small car park that can be used, at peak times, easier to stay parked in Abbots wood and walk along the road.

Very well priced delicious cakes, hot and cold lunches and cooked breakfasts. Plentiful tables both outside on the grass and undercover. Two aviaries. Selection of plants, preserves and gifts for sale. Very dog friendly. Just round the corner from Abbots Wood.

Wow, what a hidden gem! Wish I had found this place earlier. Excellent covid procedures in place. I had the raspberry and coconut sponge - it was incredible! I had the first slice from the cake (hence the crumbliness) and you could tell how fresh it was. I would highly recommend!

Pieceful gardens, good service. Nice Avery - Finch's chirping is lovely. Parking at rear, cake and breakfast same price! Plenty of seating.
