Absolutely brilliant, wasn't fobbed off with, 'you will have to learn to live with it' (a floater), it was explained to me fully. Maharshi Patel (locum who they should employ full time) saw me, told me everything he was doing and why. Couldn't have asked for a better service, that is choosing the glasses and having them fitted. Thank you all the staff at Barracloughs Polgate, a very pleasant experience.
