Harry is a top man! I met him in the local gym before lockdown, we got talking, and after a few weeks he invited me around to his for a training session. He showed me how to do “Preacher Badger Curls” instead of using a dumbbell ,etc you use a live badger of your chosen weight. He went onto explain that you can’t lift as much, as you have to control the badger from moving around while doing them, and it is a very good exercise for building the biceps. I can see our friendship lasting years!
