This is a lovely, super chill place for a cafeteanno and cake. The scones are awesome. Such a pleasant little garden with lovely table service.

Sew In Brighton Sewing School

Delightful vintage outdoor setting, lovely tea and cakes plus lunchtime snacks like quiche and baked potatoes. Loads of tables outside (all socially distanced) as well as little undercover seating areas. Friendly staff. There's a small nursery with reasonably priced plants including cool succulents and palms. Decent size car park

So very disappointing! Stopped off here after a rather long walk around Cuckmere Haven, looking forward to a lovely cream tea treat for myself, my Mum and Daughter. Only to find out once we arrived and were waiting to be seated that they weren’t accepting debit or credit cards! With everything that is going on at the moment with COVID and everywhere wanting contactless payment I was very surprised to say the least. Unfortunately we had to leave as none of us had cash on us and I couldn’t justify a bank transfer for a cream tea.
