Poor service. Partner went in to check if my sons prescription was ready, told it hadn't arrived and to call in an hour. Well, we called, and called, and called. Only to each and every time have the phone picked up and hung up on us. I understand that things get busy, but surely you ask someone to wait or let it ring out. When I have gone in personally I have felt very judged by my purchases and have had the pharmacist question my medication (I'm on some pretty heavy stuff, and young) question which frankly weren't their business to be asking. It's not pleasant to have someone watch your every move, or glare at you when you walk in. Won't be using them again.

Useless pharmacy! Went there Saturday as my son was showing signs of oral thrush to be told it wasn't the case and to wait till it gets worse before prescribing anything!! Had to phone GP this morning for doctor to confirm it was indeed thrush. Think the elderly male pharmacist needs to do some extra training!!
Always polite and very helpful
Today was the first and last time I will be visiting this shop. The unhelpful, dismissive and patronising elderly male pharmacist needs to be sent of a customer care course. For excellent support and advise go to Procter's...
Given the tough resources the staff have at this place, they work hard and help me out
In the past this chemist had lovely staff, always friendly, always smiles, always really helpful. Shelves were always full and very tidy it was my go to favourite chemist. Then came the chop by lloyds itself, no more lovely staff, only two dispensing meds ,no more smiles, no more being helpful, shelves always untidy, long waiting times for prescriptions ,the chemist has now gone so far down hill it should be closed down, it's an embarrassment, i now go down road for what i need.
Dreadful chemist. Requested meds on 30th September.. got to 24th October still no meds, fortunately I had reserves in my fridge to allow for such chaos. Staff are different every week, always a queue. Get told you'll receive a call back - it never happens. I would put more faith in a street drug dealer to have illegal substances on time more than a legal establishment obtaining medication on time. Their TV adverts are also mad far from accurate like some kind of chemist sprinkled in glitter with a pink bow on the top, the propaganda does not match the reality of what it's like to get a prescription from Lloyd's, so unfortunately, off to Kamsons I go! Good luck to you all, I hope you enjoy not getting your medication on time! Cheerio!
Always the same problem ! No medication on time ! Before I had my medication sand to Morriston pharmacy and I never had problems with them . I wish to give them zero star ! Horrible place
