Today I was five minutes late for my appointment and it was cancelled by your staff for two reasons your staff don’t have sympathy for the fact that there is a lot of traffic and roadworks near you at the doctor surgery which is clearly going to cause people delays and 2 are was a person in front of me taking longer than normal to be dealt with with your staff. Claiming that all the appointments were for today but your clinic is completely empty I understand that it’s coronavirus but it just doesn’t feel like it’s busy as it could be and the next available appointment is one month away and I’ve been waiting one month for a blood test anyway so that’s why am off to the hospital\u200d️

The most rude staff ever under one roof, unprofessional, lost my prescription 4 times, treat people as numbers, no interpersonal skills between them, Dr Lewis the locum is great, Dr Brown, the head doctor is illusive, arrogant and uncaring. I would advise anyone not to register here, mentioning this surgery at the hospital and other medical practices I got the eye roll and going by other reviews here, it seems other people have had the same awful experience. Horrendous.
The receptionist Kate spoke to me abysmally and then hung up the phone while I was requesting the practice email address. They have refused me treatment unless I wear a face cover even though I have an exemption. They have a duty of care which they are not upholding. I am left distraught and still seeking medical attention with no advise on what I should do now. Absolutely terrible service.
With reference to the review left by \claire oneill\ that was my wife, Claire Chatfield who's not changed her name on Google, I've never visited this surgery but was a patient like my wife and she had a constant run of mistakes and rudeness from receptionists, being taken off a helpful medication by Dr Brown with no care or even aftercare, one brash text is all she got. I can see by the review left by \Daniel\ and others, Mr Browns reaction to these reviews is arrogance personified. I'm sure we will get an equally defensive and offensive reaction to this but let me assure you, apart from a locum called Dr Lewis and one of the receptionists, everyone else is robotic and uncaring. People are quick to blame Covid but there's no excuse to talk to patients rudely, or not talk to them at all ! A strange set-up, Mr Brown seems to be \doing admin\ all day every day and leaving incompetant staff members to run the show. Disgusting. Avoid.
