DO NOT USE. What a terrible service, everything about this company is shambolic. We unfortunately left a purse on the seat of our car, the company arranged a driver to return it to us before we took off. Unfortunately they had picked up a small bag from our car, which was empty. We had to go to catch our flight, minus Euros and bank card! The driver promised to keep the purse safe. On our return, at night, we had to wait just under an hour in the orange car park on level 4 for our vehicle (think you have the wrong conception of MEET and GREET!!! for which you pay a higher premium for!)....alas the purse was not kept safe, it was on the floor empty. 200 Euros were stolen from us. We have had rubbish customer service regarding the incident. The Police are now involved. Disgusted and gutted....DID NOT WANT TO GIVE ANY STARS BUT IT WONT LET YOU POST. THIS REVIEW IS ZERO STARS!!!

I booked with East Meet and Greet Luton in June 2017. I was in rush when I dropped my car off, so I would normally check the car over with the driver that was taking it. When I had returned, my car had one really badly scuffed wheel on the rear and one dent on the front. I pointed this out to the driver and explained to him that my car only had the wheels refurbished a few weeks before due to sale of car. He explained it was like this and they had photos. I can only stress that if you use these companies, get photos when you drop off of any marks and just general parts of the car. If they take your car and damaged it just after you drop it off, they can take photos and say it was already like this. This is what has happened to myself. So please beware of these companies and make sure any damage is documented beforehand.

We rang meet and greet at the recommended time and parked where we was advised to unfortunately had to wait 20 minutes for the driver to come and take our car from us. We had our holiday and on arriving back rang to have our car brought back to us, the gentleman on the phone told me that as we was 25 minutes late and it was now past midnight we would have to pay an extra 10, I explained that I had already paid for 8 days but all he kept repeating was you have to pay 10 more, I said I would sort it out with the driver when he returned our car. On the websit it informs you that you may have to wait 20-25 minutes for your car so after 30 minutes and still no sign of our car I tried calling but no answer just a message I rang a total of 10 times eventually getting through, although by now we'd been waiting an hour he said the driver would be there shortly. Eventually after a 70 minute wait our car arrived and the first thing the driver asked for was the extra 10 I informed him that as we had had to wait over an hour I would not be paying this also my car was covered in mud inside the drivers foot well and all over the outside so I refused to pay. He then refused to let me have my car back until I rang the company back after a very heated phone call getting nowhere another one of there drivers told my driver to give me the ticket for my car as he believed we where right under the circumstances. I would also like to mention there was 2 other family's waiting for their cars back from this company so my advice to you would be to avoid at all cost I feel it spoilt what had been a very nice week away.

There was nothing that bothered me from start to end. Prices were quite adequate and loved the attitude of friendly chauffeur.

DO NOT USE. Under any circumstances. They are a network of companies, they will lie on the phone, their lot is a wasteground behind a Texaco garage, they presumably have no liability insurance, they are unlikely to be paying taxes. Trading Standards and Sussex Police are well aware of them.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Used these cowboys for the first time in May, NEVER again!!!! The telephone operator (WHEN YOU CAN GET THROUGH) barely speaks a word of english! My car which had been valeted hours before these clowns got hold of it, returned it with half a field adhered to the front skirt, wheel arch and in the drivers footwell and door frame. As it was 3am in the dimly lit car park 5 my initial bodywork inspection didn't show any obvious damage. However after driving away and the dew covered windows had cleared, I discovered a large crack in the windscreen!!! I emailed them later that morning, and they requested photographs. I sent these and heard nothing for over a week. I emailed them again and enclosed an invoice for my windscreen excess, and car cleaning. There eventual reply was " we don't cover windscreens, read our terms and conditions, but you can have 20% off next time you use us!!!!! Hahahahahahaaa. I'm now taking this up with trading standards, because regardless of their terms, they still have a duty of care to the paying customer. Use at your own risk!
