We were very unimpressed with this company and thought them very unprofessional. They carried out not one but two site surveys, came to reduce our tree only to say they did not have the right equipment on the day booked to do the work and left! They had even had the electricity turned off for our neighbour who then suffered a day without it for no reason!. Subsequently, they then said the job was too dangerous to do! One wonders why they did not decide this on one of the site surveys! We have now had the tree reduced successfully and very neatly and with no problem by others who were extremely professional and as a bonus for us, offered a much more competitive price. Chaffins made us lose several months and our general view is totally unimpressed with them.
