Have been a customer of Quality Logs for years. Have tried others from time to time and no-one else comes close for the quality (I guess it's all in the name!) Don't get why others have said their logs have been damp and been hard to get going, mine have always been great, and excellent customer service too :)

Substantially reduced quantity of logs but not reduced prices compared to last year, hugely disappointing!

Disappointed. Logs were not dry enough, had to really nurse the fire to keep them going.
