I would highly recommend Rhino Rod Drains. Mark was able to come to our home and a carry out a drain survey for us within 3 hours of me contacting him - a service almost unheard of! An incredibly helpful and knowledgeable guy who provided us with really clear explanations and advice. Mark carried out the work (that sounded and looked awkward) to help solve our problem during the same visit, so there was no waiting for another day for the problem to be fixed. Thank you very much. Absolutely a 5 star service, and I would not hesitate to recommend.

Couldn''t have been nicer or more helpful. Called out yesterday and they were in the middle of a difficult job, but still offered to come out once it was done even though it would have been well into the evening. It wasn't an emergency so we waited until this morning. Drain cleared in no time and Nick was friendly, explained everything and said he'd be straight back if there were further problems. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
Mark came out to our flat the day after we had flooded our new neighbours downstairs and after a plumber said he had no idea why. Mark worked tirelessly and way beyond the call of duty to find out what was causing the drainage problems we were facing, but he got there even though at one point it was looking like an unsolvable mystery. I highly recommend him and the service he provides! 5 stars!
