Sussex Fireplace Gallery have just completed work to enlarged our very small fire opening and install a Chesney wood burn. We have been very impressed with the service from our first visit to the Polegate showroom, the survey, building work and installation. All the work was completed to a high standard and the fitters were careful to observe restrictions during these difficult times. Thank you Sussex Fire Gallery, a great job.

Very good the two people who were there were very friendly and helpful. The young man was patient and explained the advantages and disadvantages of the various fires with no pressure to make a decision and purchase. When we are ready will definitely return to make a purchase. The showroom was well laid out and clearly marked for distancing and one way route round the showroom a very pleasing experience thank you.

I would love to say that it was a smooth, simple, stress free installation process that went according to plan but it wasn't. To be honest we found the experience on purchasing a fire place was incredibly painful,very hard work in trying to liaise with what one we wanted who’d taken our information ect ect,however .......the guys that fitted this magnificent arch fire place certainly done it with love and high level of professionalism well done guys looks the nutz,it would not put me off recommending them as the fireplaces and installation team are excellent,
