Very friendly and welcoming staff in the perfect location for gazing out to sea. My fiancé and I stopped for a lunch time drink before a swim, our waiter - Valerio, was so friendly and helpful even though the staff were quite busy. Usually such perfectly placed tourist spots are soulless but Fly was full of smiling faces and welcoming staff. Two Mojitos cost 20 but for a peaceful spot to drink with such picturesque views, it is well worth it!

Took here my girlfriend for her birthday. First off I have to say that our waiter was amazing, very available and made us feel very welcome. The place itself is situated on the cliff by the beach and has an amazing view. The food was very good and so the drinks. Definetely worth to pay a visit if you are in Polignano and wanna have a dinner by the beach.
Even before the food arrived, the service was kinda on the weak side. For about 5 to 7 minutes servers ran by going back and forth but none approached. Then the owner showed up and took our order followed by a server and then the owner's daughter both asking whether we had ordered. Also, we were told up funny that the kitchen was closed but the next table (owner's family members) continued getting food for a while after we arrived. I understand family get special consideration but this is to be done unobtrusively, without offending paying guests. The food, when it finally arrived, was good but spending 55 minutes for two drinks and some finger foods is a bit too much although the owners apologized for the wait. The bill for two drinks and some finger foods was 30 euro.
I went here on my holidays in July this year, the staff were very helpful and nice, had a chat to them every day I would go down to the beach! Great food would reccomend to anyone travelling to the area, and WHAT a view.... Grazia mille!
Decent cocktails for a very good price, a fantastic view of the beach and cliffs and lovely staff. The owner was very chatty with us and shared his memories of England which was lovely.
