I went into politix to buy my son a suit ! Can I just say I am amazed by the customer service Marcelo gave me ! He helped me with everything I need while serving two other customers ! He went above and beyond! This was my first shopping experience at politix and I will be coming back for everything else I need and will be recommending this store to all my family and friends ! I'm not usually one to write a review ! However after bad experience from other retailers this needed to be done ! Store was so presentable and made it so easy to shop ! Thank you again for you great service !
Throghout my good 12 years shopping experience, went into politics Parramatta last Thursday. And was surved by a lovely staff member ruya. Polite full of smiles and excellent customer service/ retail skills, highly recommended to others to visit. Would defiantly come back for all future occasions and needs. Well Done!!

We were served by a beautiful employee Ruya in Parramatta Westfield. She helped us find the perfect size and perfect Grooms suit for my partner. She organised sizes to come in and went above and beyond to help us whilst serving multiple customers. Great quality service great suits!
The staff is really friendly and professional. However when a customer ask for 3 pieces suits give them the 3 pieces suit especially when there is an offer for jacket blazer and pants. Just because it does not benefit you does not mean you should not offer it especially when a customer ask for it.
