Was an awesome place for Family stay, worth for money, 24 hours hot water supply, cctv cameras, car parking etc were very good. Staffs were good and helpful. I suggest u to have a visit here.

Pleasant stay at aditya for 2 days Neatly maintained rooms with decent amenities . Felt a bit higher on the budget .otherwise a good experience.

Reception staffs are nice. Near to bus stand neat rooms homely stay with spacious parking. Hot water facility AC effect are nice.

This place was so calm, silent, though the property was in prime area near busstand. Very good respence and was homely. Car parking, surveillance cameras, 24hr hot water service, new ACs and TVs, everything was quite AMAZING. Very helpful staffs and management. Very suitable for families. Budget friendly, worth for money. I really suggest you to have a stay there.

Good Stay Here... We travelled as 2, we planned to stay in Pollachi. After some searches, we found the good hotel to stay... Its Aditya Residency. Ambience was Okay.... Sanitation is maintained.... We stay for a night and went for Valparai.... Staff communication is very good and Polite... Rates are cheap and surely recommended for Solo Travellers and friends at Budget rate.... And one more thing is its very near to POllachi main Busstand, Veg Restaurant, ATM, Fuel Bunks, Hospital etc.,... Very closer to main road.... They can assit all kind of site seeing places in and around Pollachi.... Thanks for the accommodation....

We travelled as a family and had to check-in early.. it is in walkable distance from bus stand. Rooms were clean enough. Owner and staffs were very friendly and responsive to concerns. They helped us even to plan our trip much better. We had issues with hot water service but I home that will be taken care of. Otherwise it's a nice place to stay.

This place is good for Family, no need to this about that. I stayed in Aditya Residency with my family. Receptionist person in front office was very helpful. He made our stay easy, safe and clean, though in COVID-19 situation. Clean, Friendly, Good for Cost.

Nice place for short stays.. nearby bus stand and accessible location. Small rooms with neat bathrooms.. could have been better if they provide towels and toiletries. Parking is sufficient for 4 to 6 cars
