Went to get Duplicate SIM, Airtel customer care team said pay 25 Rs and get duplicate sim.. They asked 150 Rs, when I explained about the confirmation of Airtel to pay 25rs.. The Executive said go to chennai and get for that price.. Very low customer service and Airtel May loose many customers if they give dealerships to such vendors.. Note: I got duplicate sim for 25 rs in other outlet.. Please don’t visit here

Bought a postpaid sim. By default they had given 499 plan , i have asked them to change the plan to 399. They confirmed to change once the sim activated but they didn't do.

Google has to add negative rating methodology to get the true picture of any ratings. I would have rated -% if there is option available. I have bought 3 new SIMs from this shop and Data is not working for all three sims and there is no proper response too.

I have gone to avail duplicate sim... customer care executive said it charges only rs.25 but they charged rs.150. They had charged more than Normal charges ,I didn't expect this much of charging totally opposite of customer executive had said...

One of the worst service provider in the area, I had a very bad experience with them be careful guys they are not up to the standard. The committed speed was different what I got was one of the worst and they tried fixing it almost three weeks even I agree with the technical issues but the guys didn’t even pick the calls and provided the valid reason for slowness !! Also don’t pay even a small amount upfront without validating the connection and speed !! One of the worst service providers !! I ended the service and finally moved to different provider !!
