Even 1 star is not worth for this shop, owner and workers. I visted this shop for doing an exchange of dining table(I got from same shop) with a new product. The way they treated me is like a beggar. Ofcourse no one is going to take products for free. Attitude for the owner and workers are very worst. The way a lady worker was talking to me was pathetic? Have to learn some mannerism. I went there around 3 pm, she was cleaning the shop and responded to me after 20min of full cleaning with very bossy attitude. Online shopping is way better than this shop. I dont recommed this shop for anyone.

1 Month back i have purchased a Sofa and dinning, within a month we found a shake and alignment issue in dinning.Informed about this issue in 35 day from the purchase date, reported the issue to the owner ( Forgery ). He rectified the issue with small bits of wood. Worth of 35000 dinning with small bits like a begger shirt. i asked him to replace with new one. he asked us to take the same model but we found the same issue in that too. We asked him to replace with other model since that is also damaged. he asked us to pay additional 7 K housand for that new model but the 1 which we purchase is the highest price in 30 - 35 K. Finally we end up with argument and refused to replace the dinning, unnecessary Disrespectful words from Owner when we had a argument with owner . We bought 43 K worth of sofa and 33 k worth of dining with damaged. whoever wants to buy a quality produt pls dont approach this fake show room.
