I have joined in the Ponnunjal scheme. They are not coming to collect the cash. I tried to contact through all the phone numbers. But no response at all. Very poor service. Totally disappointed
Kavita jewelry in pollachi has vast jewel collection. But billing is not transperent they are charging more value than the market but when we ask they will not response properly. While billing jewels they are doing fraud activities and also resembles like they are also reducing from actual amount atlast loss is ours..... BEWARE WHILE BUYING JEWELS IN THIS JEWELLERY ESPECIALLY DOING BILLING
Rather saying they have good customer service, I could say they have good marketing skills. But i had a bad experience because they don’t maintain transparent bill because of which I ended up paying high amount of making and wastage Charges. Diamond earring I bought is for 18Kt. They gave estimation slip. But while checking I made a calculation for 22kt (my calculation was done in front of sales manager and when I asked for gold rate he told me for 22Kt)because of which making charges looks lesser. After payment realised that it’s 18Kt gold and recalculated the gold value for 18Kt. Making percentage was comparatively very high. Since making and wastage charges are hidden in the bills, you have to arrive the making and wastage percent on your own..You will be negotiating only based on the total amount mentioned in the estimate slip. But if u calculate its TOOOO costly. They have good collections but charges are really very high. After payment I enquired them about their misguidance in the calculation but there is no satisfactory response.i decided tat should be my last purchase in Kavita jewellery. My suggestion to go to Coimbatore for jewellery shopping.
Love the service. They have got good collections. If you want to buy some traditional and latest designed jewelry, go for this.
