The owner is a person who has loads of attitude and negative attitude and when we enquired about break up of rates the owner started shouting and said '"if you cannot afford you should not come to my shop"...The customer can't even ask questions about rates...She just keeps on shouting...who the hell is she to say to customer " if you cannot afford rates you shouldn't come to my shop..and shouting on phone ...Don't know what a pathetic way of talking to customer is the owner...First time in pollachi..some shop owner says that if you cannot afford you should not come to my shop... for shouting and using explicit words...the shop gets 5 star ratings.....The lesson learnt is that.a customer should not ask clarity of rates at the shop...I would invite the person to check my bank balance and business turnover of my business if the owner has any doubts if I can afford
